The 1925 Headstart Business Accelerator Program is a 12-week action-driven training designed to equip young entrepreneurs (ages 19-25 and beyond) with the critical skills needed to launch, manage, and scale successful businesses. The program is structured into three core modules:

Unlocking Your Leadership Potential – Develops essential leadership skills, including personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and communication.
Leading with Creativity and Innovation – Equips participants with disruptive leadership principles, design thinking, and innovation strategies to build impactful businesses.
Strategies for Business Mastery – Focuses on negotiation, business funding, strategic planning, and financial literacy to ensure long-term business sustainability.

Participants will engage in interactive workshops, mentorship sessions, real-world case studies, and hands-on business projects to apply their learning in practical ways.
